Guarantee policy
Lynx Pro Audio products are designed to deliver years of superb performance in demanding applications.
Lynx Pro Audio guarantees its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 3 years from the original date of purchase of the product.
What does our guarantee cover?
Lynx guarantee covers all new products purchased directly from Lynx Pro Audio or any Lynx Pro Audio official distributor and dealer around the world. Lynx Pro Audio may require you to provide proof of purchase details, product model and serial number.
The guarantee covers the replacement or the repair of the defects found in material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the guarantee term. The general guarantee term is 3 years.
Transport
The owner of the product is responsible for transporting the product to Lynx Pro Audio in Picassent, Valencia (Spain) or the nearest Lynx distributor or dealer. Unfortunately we cannot cover the shipping costs. In the case that the product could not be returned to the factory for checking and repairing, Lynx Pro Audio would supply all the necessary parts.
Guarantee exclusions
Damage due to: improper mounting / incorrect installation / product modification / shipment / improper maintenance / repairs by non authorized person / improper use / normal wear and tear / neglect.
This guarantee does not apply to non-Lynx Pro Audio hardware, for example power modules that will respond to the guarantees of their respective manufacturers, even if packaged or sold with Lynx Pro Audio hardware.
