Description

HR-D12 is a high-output extremely compact and powerful 3-way, 4-channel tiamplified symmetrical line source element designed specifically for fixed installations requiring mid and/or long throw.

It uses two low distortion 12” (3” DUO copper voice coil) custom speakers for the low frequencies with exclusive Malt Cross cooling technology, FEA optimized neodymium magnet circuit, aluminium demodulating ring and waterproof cone.

For the mid frequencies it uses four 6.5” drivers with copper voice coil and treated double roll cloth surround. The High frequencies are looked after by two 1.4” exit throat compression drivers with titanium diaphragms and individiual wave guides.

Depending on the configuration, the system is amplified with the GTX Series, 4-channel, extremely high power level amplifiers with outstanding, high efficiency. They come equipped with a quality FIR-DSP with high performance 96kHz DSP processing and a large IPS display with a touch panel user interface.

Advanced Audio Power Control Management has been implemented in the design of the GTX series. This enables the user to configure the division of power between the channels via the DSP enabling them to obtain maximum power through just one single channel if desired. Optional Networking AES67 and AES3 Digital inputs are also available.

The enclosure is made from premium grade birch plywood and finished with a polyurea coating for longer durability & weather protection. It has a dedicated bumper designed to fly up to 16 HR-D12 cabinets in a single array.


