Flexible line source systems

The CXA Series is a flexible line source solution designed for both fixed installations and touring applications where wide, controlled coverage is required from a compact system.

CXA systems can be flown horizontally or vertically and used either as a single cabinet or in arrays of up to four elements. The custom HF Multidriver Waveguide provides precise 100° horizontal × 18° vertical coverage per cabinet, allowing the system to be adapted to different audience areas and installation requirements. The enclosure can also be configured for symmetrical HF dispersion.

Each CXA array module is self-powered, integrating 1400 W Class D amplification, a switching power supply and dedicated DSP processing. The integrated electronics optimise the interaction between amplification, processing and transducers while providing system management and protection.

With flexible orientation, scalable array configurations and integrated amplification and processing, the CXA Series provides a practical solution for professional applications requiring controlled directivity, wide coverage and compact system deployment.

Self-powered

The CXA cabinets include class D amplification, with switching power supply and 1400W of amplification each. The integrated amplification far exceeds the transducers’ needs thus resulting in high output, high damping factor and extremely low levels of distortion. The CXA series are designed to offer quick and easy set-ups with no need for external amplification racks.

Digital Processing

The CXA cabinets are controlled by the latest generation of Digital Signal Processing with a DSP integrated in to each cabinet. This DSP, with 56bit internal processing and double dynamics optimizes all the system components and electronics, providing maximum system efficiency and total protection whilst significantly and noticeably lowering distortion.

Every box comes with different presets which include a basic full-range preset, various crossovers and a flat preset so that the user can adjust the parameters manually.
