In keeping with the growing demands of the open-air season, MULTI MEDIA Marketing & Event GmbH, based in Münster, has made a significant investment in enhancing their sound system by adding the LX-V12 Line Array from the Spanish manufacturer, Lynx Pro Audio. This decision comes as the company continues to cater to large-scale events and concerts, often hosting up to 20,000 attendees.
CEO George Reuber explained, “The increased demand for large sound reinforcement events has made it necessary for us to invest in a powerful sound system. We want to ensure that the open-air concerts we manage are amply covered with high-quality, large-scale sound.”
MULTI MEDIA has long enjoyed a positive experience with Lynx Pro Audio’s systems, and their strong partnership with PAN-music, the exclusive distributor of Lynx Pro Audio in Germany, made it an obvious choice to expand their offerings. The addition of the LX-V12 in Germany is a natural progression in their continued commitment to providing top-tier audio solutions for large events.
The new system includes 24 tops of the LX-V12, each equipped with two 12″ drivers, four 6.5″ drivers, and two 1.4″ drivers, delivering a total of 4,000 watts of power. Additionally, the system features DSP integration with FIR filters for enhanced sound performance. Complementing the tops are 8 cardioid LX-318C subwoofers, each equipped with three 18″ drivers and delivering 4,200 watts of power. This powerful combination ensures a clear, consistent, and immersive sound experience for audiences, even at the largest of open-air events.

You could see they really knew about Pro Audio and that they were enthusiastic about the Lynx portfolio”
Though new to distribution, Event Systems Group was created by a small group of previous sound company owners and successful entrepreneurs out of an opportunity to bring fantastic new products (such as Lynx Pro Audio) into the North American market. The general sales model for the company is to setup dealer networks for the brands it distributes and focus primarily on support of those networks. The company feels that its experience in dealing with products “as the dealer”, gives them a leg up in their endeavor to become a top sales and support company. Greg Stevens – President of Event Systems Group says:
“Our entire team is passionate about pro audio and the entertainment technology industry. We have spent many years designing, installing and doing production ourselves so when we discovered Lynx Pro Audio we were intrigued to know more about the brand and the people behind it. After a visit to Spain, we knew that Lynx could fill a niche in North America and we were both grateful for and enthusiastic about the opportunity to represent them. There are some truly good people behind this brand producing some truly great product!”
While both companies are relatively young, their combined and well-versed experience in the pro audio industry promises some exciting new developments in this fast-paced vertical market.
