This year we were the visible face of the ISE trade fair, being in charge of the sound system at the main entrance of the show. Thousands of people that came to the show had the opportunity to hear our pro audio systems in real time. For this special occasion, a set-up of CLS series was playing throughout the event.

This year we have presented several products: from the powerful CPS series (high-powered point sources with integrated DSP) offering up to 6 cabinets, through to new Ionic columns and our new LUKA processors.

CPS: the series keep growing

The CPS series are our brand new high power, coaxial, point source systems.  Last year we introduced two models: the extremely powerful CPS-214 together with the CPS-18S subwoofer. 

This year, at the ISE trade fair, we presented the expansion of the series with two new full range enclosures, the CPS-210 and CPS-14 (with active and passive versions) and two ultra-compact passive enclosures that complete the series.

In short, there are five full range cabinets available, two of them ultra-compact, together with one subwoofer:

• CPS-214: 2 x 14″ + 1 x 2″ dual diaphragm coaxial driver, 6000 W Class D
• CPS-210: 2 x 10″ + 1 x 1.4″ coaxial driver, 3000W Class D
• CPS-14: 1 x 14″ + 1 x 1.4″ coaxial driver, 3000W Class D
• CPS-18S: 1 x 18″ 3000W Class D, 132 dB
• CPS-5: 1 x 5″ coaxial, 150 W
• CPS-4: 1 x 4″ coaxial, 100 W

Smart & slim column speakers

The Ionic-V28 and Ionic-V24 are two-way passive column speakers, part of the Ionic series. These columns contain high fidelity voice and more vertical directivity thanks to the waveguide.

 

These are the newest and most powerful column systems in the series and are ideal for indoor installations.

•  Ionic-V24: 4 x 4” transducers + 1″ HF driver on waveguide, 132 dB SPL max

LUKA, our new digital processors

Designed, assembled and manufactured by Lynx Pro Audio

LUKA series is the new series of digital signal processors from Lynx Pro Audio, offering 3 different models with an AES3 input and 2 or 4 analog inputs each and with up to 8 outputs. The series is comprised by the LUKA-224, LUKA-226 and LUKA-248.

In mid-June, NEEC Iberia hosted the #AVR23 Road Show at their headquarters in Valencia, an event that brought together key players in the AV industry, including Lynx Pro Audio, SHARP, Vogels, and Cactus Signage. This Road Show, with planned stops throughout Spain and Portugal, provided a unique opportunity for industry professionals to connect, network, and explore a wide range of innovative solutions within the audio-visual world.

The event in Valencia gave attendees the chance to experience live demonstrations of Lynx Pro Audio products, including some exciting new systems that will soon be available on the market. These in-house demos allowed guests to hear firsthand the exceptional sound quality and performance that Lynx Pro Audio is known for. Attendees also had the opportunity to visit the anechoic room, where measurements of various audio systems are conducted to ensure the highest quality standards. This behind-the-scenes look at the meticulous testing process highlighted Lynx Pro Audio’s commitment to delivering superior audio solutions.

The Road Show kicked off at 9:30 a.m. and ran until 5 p.m., giving attendees ample time to explore the different product offerings and engage with experts from the participating brands. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, the event featured two shifts for registration, and attendees were treated to a variety of refreshments throughout the day, including a delicious paella lunch, a highlight for many guests.

Overall, the #AVR23 Road Show in Valencia was a resounding success, offering valuable insights into the latest AV technologies while providing a platform for industry professionals to learn, network, and collaborate. The event also underscored Lynx Pro Audio’s position as a leader in the AV industry, showcasing their innovative products and dedication to excellence.

Lynx Pro Audio is delighted to announce the recruitment of Pieter Van de Velde as International Business Development Manager. Pieter takes responsibility for the expansion of the brand in the international network and the ongoing development of its sales.

With Pieter’s appointment, Lynx Pro Audio gets a new team member and opens up the doors to new challenges and goals. The company is expecting to expand steadily in the following years and Pieter will be a key figure in helping to bring awareness about the brand worldwide.

Lynx Pro Audio introduces the new KR series, a line of passive two-way loudspeakers specially designed for installations where high volume is required whilst delivering excellent vocal clarity with low distortion.

The two full-range models belonging to the KR series feature two-way passive 10″ and 12″ versions, with a 1″ driver mounter on a 90º x 60º rotatable horn.

KR cabinets are ideal for a wide range of fixed applications, such as KTV rooms, conference halls, houses of worship as well as discos and clubs.

The double port located at the rear of the enclosure creates increased bass frequency response. When installed close to a wall, it creates a reflection that extends the low frequency response of the system, creating extra bass boost.

The KR-10 cabinet consists of a 10” (2.5” voice coil) LF transducer with Double Asymmetric Rolls Technology (DAR) and waterproof cone. The 1” HF compression driver delivers excellent sonic quality. It has an exceptional dynamic range and produces even the most complex signals with depth and definition and is mounted on a 90º x 60º rotatable horn. With a 96 dB sensitivity and a max. SPL of 122 dB / 128 dB peak, rated power of 300W AES (600W program, 1200W peak). The fittings include 14 x M8, ergonomic handle on the back position, 4 x M6 U-bracket, 6 x M6 wall bracket and a 35 mm top hat.

The KR-12 consists of a 12” (3” voice coil) LF transducer with triple cloth surround and total waterproof cone treatment. The 1” HF compression driver delivers excellent sonic quality. It has an exceptional dynamic range and produces even the most complex signals with depth and definition and is mounted on a 90º x 60º rotatable horn. With a 97 dB sensitivity and a max. SPL of 124 dB / 130 dB peak, rated power of 500W AES (1000W program, 2000W peak). The fittings include 14 x M8, ergonomic handle on the back position, 4 x M6 U-bracket, 4 x M6 wall bracket and a 35 mm top hat.

Constructed from MDF and coated in high resistant polyurea paint, giving them greater durability. A wide range of dedicated accessories allows the installation of these loudspeakers in all types of set-ups: ceiling or wall mounted, on a speaker stand or as a satellite with a subwoofer.

Although the KR series can be used without a processor we recommend that the cabinet presets are applied for maximum optimization and performance. These presets are available on the full range of ARK processors and on the brand’s amplifiers with built-in DSP.

New distributor in Spain and Portugal!

Lynx Pro Audio and NEEC AUDIO BARCELONA, manufacturer of the popular brand ECLER, have signed a distribution agreement for Spain and Portugal where as of now all Lynx Pro Audio products will be represented by NEEC IBERIA throughout the entire Iberian peninsular, including all the Spanish and Portuguese islands.
