On June 16 Valencia Basket won their first ACB League with Lynx Pro Audio systems providing the club with the sound for this sporting achievement. The Fuente de San Luis arena is the home of Valencia Basket and the sound system in the stadium is exclusively Lynx Pro Audio with the Spanish manufacturer providing the sound for every match during the 2016-2017 season.
Local sound & video company, Sonovideo has been in charge of the technical part for the complete season, ensuring that the Fuente de San Luis provided a spectacular atmosphere, not to mention sound for all the spectators.
The Lynx Pro Audio equipment installed in the stadium is flown over two sections of VMB truss structure hanging from the roof and coinciding with the central area of the court and located above the video marker. On the truss there are 8 arrays flown with a total of 12 LX-V8 and 16 CXA-12 line array enclosures used. Under the video marker there are 4 CXA-12 enclosures covering the first rows of the court.
The arrangement of the boxes consists of 2 different line array series. On the one hand there are four groups of CXA-12 with three boxes per array that cover the two sides of the court. On the other hand there are four groups of LX-V8 with 3 enclosures per array that cover the farthest tiers located behind the baskets.
Both systems are high output, self-powered line array enclosures with built-in DSP and FIR technology, ideal for installation projects. ARK digital processors, also manufactured by Lynx Pro audio were used for control and to ensure the perfect operation of the entire system.

Beijing Xiyalinke Trading Co Ltd, Lynx Pro Audio’s new exclusive distributor for China officially presented the brand and the products to the Chinese market on 2nd June in a banquet, complete with dinner and live music. The Beijing based company hosted the event for over 100 industry experts many of whom were able to experience Lynx for the first time. Amongst the attendees were renowned audio engineers, Song Duoduo, Ren Xiaobing, Wang Jichen and Gu Shiyi.

Westridge Audio has been appointed the exclusive distributor for all Lynx Pro Audio products in Sweden.
Daniel Ruden, director of Westridge Audio visited the Lynx Factory in Valencia recently and was able to view and demo all the products as well as visit some installations to hear the products in situ. The Swedish company has now taken a selection of demo material fto be able to show the Swedish market. Their first installation has just been completed in ‘Folkets’ a resturant/bar in the city of Västerås. The installation included CXA-12 and ADP-26 a high Output, self-powered (Class D switch mode power supply), two-way cabinet. They have been installed in time for the summer season giving a high quality sound to the restaurant.

Lynx Pro Audio launches the new line array GXR-LA10A, presented at the ISE fair in Amsterdam. The GXR-LA10A is a compact powered line array with all the benefits of a first-class system. This new cabinet comes with two options available for the low frequencies, the units GXR-D15A and the GXR-D18S. This 3-cabinet combination offers a very practical system for install projects and live events.
TheGXR-LA10A is a bi-amplified, two-way, class D enclosure that delivers high power levels from a very compact format offering two speakers of 10″ (2″coil). For the high frequencies it uses a 1.4″ output compression driver coupled to a waveguide offering 100 ° H x 10 ° V coverage. This cabinet offers a very easy to use rigging hardware, quick and reliable.
As a complement for sub bass reinforcement the new GXR system offers a powerful combination of subwoofers. The GXR-D15A is equipped with two 15 “speakers and is as equally compact as the top unit.
