U.S Army has the Fort Polk Main Chapel placed in Louisiana. They needed good quality sound and the project was granted to Lynx Pro Audio, as we have a range of sound systems that can be installed in houses of worship.

This Chapel is a multi-purpose building used for worship services, religious education, family services and military community events. The chapel is open seven days a week. They celebrate events such as  weddings, holiday services, baptisms and family life counseling.

It has special worship services for catholic, contemporary, traditional, protestant, jewish, islamic and others. In addition, there is a special women ministry, very common in many military chapel communities.

In this case, Lynx Pro Audio’s LX-F6 systems in white colour were installed into the Fort Polk Chapel in order to get the best experience in their religious ceremonies and blend with the chapel design.

Lynx Pro Audio presents the software OCS 2.0 for cabinet’s online control. OCS obtain detailed information of cabinet behaviour and monitor the cabinet/s in real time through the users PC. The version OCS 2.0 presents important new features: Delay up to 90 ms, Parametric EQ with 6 filters totally configurable, automatic re-synchronization in case of disconnection or feet to meters converter, everything with a new friendly interface.

OCS is designed for users of self powered Ethernet kit incorporated Lynx Pro Audio cabinets. The online control system works via Ethernet (cable or wireless) and once installed it automatically detects all the cabinets connected to the network and displays them in the OCS window on the users PC.

 

As well as the previous version, with OCS 2.0 you can also change the preset, gain, mute and polarity. You can activate the air absorption compensation and select the SOLO mode. The OCS will be monitoring in real time and the user will be able to view RMS levels, power module temperature, compression and output levels per way, air absorption compensation and cabinet angulation. Everything  including the new Delay and EQ features.

Lynx Pro Audio’s LX-V12 in Germany!

In keeping with the growing demands of the open-air season, MULTI MEDIA Marketing & Event GmbH, based in Münster, has made a significant investment in enhancing their sound system by adding the LX-V12 Line Array from the Spanish manufacturer, Lynx Pro Audio. This decision comes as the company continues to cater to large-scale events and concerts, often hosting up to 20,000 attendees.

CEO George Reuber explained, “The increased demand for large sound reinforcement events has made it necessary for us to invest in a powerful sound system. We want to ensure that the open-air concerts we manage are amply covered with high-quality, large-scale sound.”

MULTI MEDIA has long enjoyed a positive experience with Lynx Pro Audio’s systems, and their strong partnership with PAN-music, the exclusive distributor of Lynx Pro Audio in Germany, made it an obvious choice to expand their offerings. The addition of the LX-V12 in Germany is a natural progression in their continued commitment to providing top-tier audio solutions for large events.

The new system includes 24 tops of the LX-V12, each equipped with two 12″ drivers, four 6.5″ drivers, and two 1.4″ drivers, delivering a total of 4,000 watts of power. Additionally, the system features DSP integration with FIR filters for enhanced sound performance. Complementing the tops are 8 cardioid LX-318C subwoofers, each equipped with three 18″ drivers and delivering 4,200 watts of power. This powerful combination ensures a clear, consistent, and immersive sound experience for audiences, even at the largest of open-air events.

These systems are now available for rent at MULTI MEDIA Münster, further solidifying their position as a go-to provider for high-quality sound reinforcement for major events across Germany. Cinema under extreme conditions in Artic Ice Adventure

Ice Adventure is an Artic event which is held annually in Kautokeino, located at around 70 degrees north, far beyond the arctic circle.

Lynx pro audio products were used for the night show, including a drive-in cinema for snowmobiles. This is the world’s northernmost Lynx audio system.

When the event was held the outside temperature was a chilling -32 degrees Celsius and the speakers performed great.

Our audio systems are able to perform under extreme conditions: outside, during winter in Norway, with temperatures under -32º C”.

There is fireworks, live music and open air cinema at Ice Adventure event in Kautokeino, Norway.

Lynx Pro Audio have released the software OCS 1.0 for cabinet’s online control. This new  software is designed for users of self powered Ethernet kit incorporated Lynx Pro Audio cabinets.

As well as displaying the cabinet model and IP address the OCS will be monitoring in real time and the user will be able to view RMS levels, Input clip, power module temperature, compression levels, air absorption compensation and cabinet angulation.
